Practising an instrument is permitted outside quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Doors and windows must remain closed, and consideration for neighbours and any guest in the second suite is binding.

For temporary projects, assignments, freelance contracts and engagements as a guest musician or artist – each for 31 to 180 nights.
Can the invoice be issued to a company address?
Yes. Billing details can be provided during booking, and a PDF invoice is created for every payment.
May I practise an instrument in the suite?
Yes. Instrument practice is permitted outside quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Doors and windows stay closed, and consideration is binding.

Yes. The suites have a workspace and fast Wi-Fi for video calls, preparation and focused work.
How does the Meldezettel registration work?
For your temporary secondary residence, you receive a pre-filled Meldezettel and optional help with the process.
