Three options: the whole apartment (90 m², up to 4 people), Suite No. 1 (larger unit, up to 2 people) or Suite No. 2 (smaller unit, up to 2 people). Both suites have their own lockable entrances.
The final cleaning fee is set individually per unit and is shown transparently in the booking summary before you complete your booking. It is charged once at check-out, automatically from the card on file.
The Vienna tourist tax (overnight tax) is collected in trust on the check-in day under the WTFG. Rate: 3.2 % until 30 June 2026, then 5.0 % and 8.0 % respectively. For stays longer than three months (from 92 nights) the tourist tax does not apply, under § 11 (3) WTFG.
Yes — within 48 hours of completing the booking and with at least 40 days before arrival, cancellation is free. After that, under the standard rate 30 nights (with more than 10 days before arrival) or 60 nights (with less notice or no-show) are retained, capped by the booked length of stay. The online cancellation preview shows the exact refund amount before you confirm.
Self check-in: your personal access code is sent by e-mail around 36 hours before arrival. This requires the signed rental contract and the photo ID copy submitted in advance. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.

Pets are generally not allowed. Exceptions may be considered individually upon written request.
From 31 nights, the total rent is split into instalments: instalment 1 at booking, instalment 2 seven days before arrival (provided there are at least 21 days' lead time), further instalments every 30 days after arrival. All charges are made automatically from the card on file (Stripe off-session, SCA/PSD2 compliant). Each instalment comes with its own PDF invoice by e-mail.
Yes. The sample rental contract is publicly viewable even before booking. After the 48-hour cooling-off period the guest receives the contract pre-filled with their booking data as a PDF by e-mail and signs it either electronically (qualified e-signature) or by hand, uploading it via the encrypted verification portal. The host countersigns; both sides receive the fully signed version.
